Great Underground Fence

I was referred to Hidden Fence by a friend when my underground fence from another online company was not working. Jim came to the house and found nothing wrong with the wiring. Though he spent his time researching the problem, he refused to charge us which made quite an impression on me. We established that the issue was the transmitter, and the other company sent me a new transmitter at an additional cost.

This transmitter lasted approximately another year. Again, Jim came out to research the issue for me, and again, the issue was the transmitter. I was in the process of moving to a new home and decided to purchase a new transmitter from Hidden Fence to take with me. Once I had buried the cable, Jim came to the new house to set up the proper correction boundaries for me and gave me tips on how to retrain my dog to the new yard.

I have been very impressed with the service and professionalism provided by Hidden Fence. I appreciate having local service as opposed to internet service. I highly recommend Jim Bolsvert and his company, Hidden Fence.

Excellent Customer Servcie

I would like to start by saying thank you so much for the freedom you have given us! Our family adopted two dogs a couple of years ago. Both are wonderful pets and we enjoy them greatly. The first year we had our dogs we spent an enormous amount of time outside with them on leashes. Not only for them to do their “business” but to play with them as well. We always felt bad because we were afraid to let them off their leash to run and play worried that they would run off or worse, get hit by a car. Lets just say it was a very long year.

We decided to look into a fencing system for them. We looked at standard fencing, but our subdivision rules forbid it and it can create a lot of maintenance issues. So we began looking at underground fencing. We had the usual companies come quote a system. The representatives were just the usual salespeople and didn’t seem to want to spend much time with us. We were shocked at the prices and when we were talking to a friend about it that is when we learned about Hidden Fence. We were pleasantly surprised when you arrived. You took the time to meet our family and our dogs, you walked the yard and after talking with us gave us ideas of what might work best for our entire family. When we received your quote we were again very surprised to find that not only did we already get great customer service but the price was almost 50% less than the nearest competitor!

We decided to go with Hidden Fence not only based on the price but the customer service we had already experienced even before we were actual customers. We have had your fence for one year now and have no regrets in our choice. The dogs can actually run and play in the yard with the kids, like they are supposed to, and not be tied to a leash. Since we went with the battery replacement program your company offers we have not even had to worry about that! We receive the batteries right on time…every time. We had one collar problem and we called Hidden Fence and you came out right away and took care of it, no questions asked.

At a time where customer service is all but dead and gone, it is refreshing to find a company and people who remember what it means and see it through!

I have and will continue to recommend both the Hidden Fence system and your company to anyone looking for a quality product backed by a quality company.

We Love Our Hidden Pet Fence

Our family adopted Maggy, a Goldendoodle, in August. She is such a wonderful puppy, who loves to run and play….and follow the kids out of the yard. Our subdivision does not allow fences so we really needed a Contain-A-Pet hidden pet fence system. I called Jim the day after we adopted her and he was out the next day to give us an estimate. Jim was so informative and his price could not be beat. We quickly agreed to have it installed, Jim was out a couple of days later to put it in. The installation was quick and the training sessions were great. We can put Maggy outside to play and know that she will be safe, and stay put even when the kids run out of the yard.
Jim has been out to make changes to the collar as Maggy has grown, and grown very quickly. Jim is very professional and helpful.. We would definitely recommend this pet fence system.

Howell MI, Pet Fence

My husband and I have two very HYPER dogs. We have never been able to contain them with any conventional type of fencing. Our dogs would dig out of anything!! We even tried the “do-it-yourself” electric pet fence. Believe me those do NOT work. The Contain-A-Pet pet fence system has been fabulous for us. Our dogs have entire free range of our backyard and I never have to worry about them getting out. I was thoroughly impressed with the training provided by the Hidden Pet Fence professionals. Our dogs were trained so effectively that they knew the yard boundaries within one week!

On a daily basis I watch our large border collie mix chase squirrels at the speed of sound through the yard and then come to a sudden halt before she reaches the hidden fence boundary, it’s amazing!

Not only has the contain-a-pet system lived up to its name but it was also more affordable then any other underground fence system. We saved over $500 by going with Hidden Fence Co. and the contain-a-pet system!
